Knox Terms of Service

By using Knox you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts. Your company issues your account. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under it.
2. Accurate entries. Only log a knock at a door you actually knocked. Knox records your location with each knock and flags entries that do not match. Falsified entries may be grounds for removal by your company.
3. Homeowner data. Use homeowner information only for the restoration work your company performs. Do not export it, share it, or contact homeowners for any other purpose.
4. Acceptable use. No reverse engineering, scraping, or use of Knox to harass anyone.
5. Availability. Knox is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it.
6. Termination. Your company or we may suspend access at any time.
7. Changes. When these terms change you will be asked to sign the new version before continuing.
8. Governing law. Maryland.
