Location tracking

Knox records your device location while you are clocked in.

What is recorded. Your GPS position, accuracy, speed, heading, and battery level, roughly every 10 meters or 30 seconds. When you log a knock, your position at that moment is attached to the knock.

Why. To show your route and position to your managers, to verify that knocks were logged at the door, and to assign territory.

When it stops. Tracking stops when you tap Clock out, and never runs while you are clocked out. You can also revoke location permission in iOS Settings at any time; Knox will not work for knocking without it.

Who can see it. Managers and project managers in your company account. Your company controls this data on its own database.
